Life Drawing
June 3, 10, 17, 24 • 1 to 4 pm
In The Raw--Serious Life Drawing with Sunny Sorensen
Students will be drawing from a live nude model. No experience needed. Cost for each
month is $40. This covers the model’s fee and limited instruction. To hold your place, the
fee must be paid when you sign up with Larry at Town Hall Arts. Sunny will set up the
model with a series of short poses, ranging from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. These will be
followed by longer poses. The goal of the short poses will be to understand and capture
the movement of the figure using a variety of techniques. The expectation is that you
draw large especially for these poses. This helps you loosen up, draw from your shoulder,
and not get caught up in details.
